The University of Birmingham was an obvious choice as the new base for the BBTI. The research strength of our English Department in the history of the book and the transmission of texts makes it an ideal home for the BBTI.

BBTI is currently maintained by: Dr Maureen Bell (Project Director) and Dr John Hinks (Honorary Research Fellow).

The BBTI website and database were designed and created by Dr Mike Parry (formerly the project's Web Development Officer).
